As always, Jack Hanania Buick GMC took care of our service needs exceptionally. Moose is our service advisor and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have nothing but positive things to say about him and the service he has provided each and every time we are in need of service.

Good experience, able to negotiate a good deal

Service dept especially Moose does an excellent job. Still can’t get a refund for an extended service contract purchased at this dealer With a Yukon. Cancelled contract in March 26, and still waiting for refund in mid August and can’t get a real answer other than “people in that dept got fired and there replacements are probably trying to catch up” really!
